Project Description
Vafer was in charge of coordinating the project of drafting the first European self-regulatory telecommunications code that enables users of electronic communications services to quickly and more effectively resolve their complaints. The code was prepared in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (CCIS) and the national regulator and was signed by eight Slovene telecoms operators.
The project took place in 2014.
