Vafer Ltd. has been selected to conduct consulting services to the Ministry of Economy (ME) and the Regulatory authority of Electronic Postal Communication (ARKEP) on the Digital Agenda, market analysis and regulatory framework.

Together with consortium partners, Vafer Ltd. has been selected to conduct consulting services to the Ministry of Economy (ME) and the Regulatory authority of Electronic Postal Communication (ARKEP) on the Digital Agenda, market analysis and regulatory framework. The objective of this project is to study and advise on drafting the new Digital Agenda 2030 for Kosovo and the Action Plan, analysing two plus one additional relevant telecommunications markets, supporting ARKEP’s capacity in building and providing regulations (bylaws) and training for ARKEP. The project is intended to last for 14 months. The management of the project has been entrusted to Vesna Prodnik, director and leading consultant of Vafer Ltd.
