Vafer as leading partner in a consortium with the company Contego has been appointed by the Bosnia and Herzegovina Communications Regulatory Agency (RAK) to provide consulting services on the analysis of the electronic communications market pursuant to EU methodology. Vafer will consult in the analysis of five relevant electronic communication markets and the implementation of the three criteria test in three relevant markets. Vafer will also draw up a proposal to align the national regulatory framework of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the EU regulatory framework when it comes to conducting market analyses. The project is to last one year.
