The managing director of Vafer Vesna Prodnik Pepevnik has delivered a widely acknowledged presentation at the Regulatory Cost Modelling and Accounting 2011 Conference, organised by IIR Telecoms and Technology in Vienna, Austria between 25th and 28th of May 2010.
