Project Description
Vafer provided its consulting services to a communications company in the preparation of project documentation in the acquisition of equity capital, which included the drafting of a business plan and teaser documentation, as well as the coordination and managing of the client’s strategic development and expansion.
The project took place from 2009 to 2010.
