Project Description
Vafer assisted its client, an established mobile operator, in technical and regulatory due diligence, which included expert consulting, project management in establishing electronic communications networks and services outside of the territory of Slovenia, and expert advice in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
The project took place between 2008 and 2009.
